February = Pajama workout love!
Here's a crazy idea I had today. Let's make February Pajama Workout Love Month!
Starting today, go for fitting in a PJ workout each day and just notice what happens. How do you feel? What's easy? What's hard? What surprised you?
I'll be posting my pajama workouts on Facebook and Twitter (@bikeblisschick) with the hashtag #pjworkout. You can follow me there or, if you're taking my next webinar, you can join the private forum where we can chat about all sorts of permission slips to chuck the usual assumptions about exercise.

I am constantly amazed at how much power pajama workouts give me for such a tiny investment in time. I always walk away energized and motivated in ways I haven't been able to muster through forcing or using guilt to get it done.
For ideas for micro exercises, try this gallery on Livestrong or this video from Marianne. Pick 2 to 4 exercises that appeal to you and do them for 15 seconds to a minute -- whatever feels good to you. That's it! No equipment, no special clothing, no huge time commitment.
